P- 0266N is an Polyol for casting PU elastomer non- yellowing.
I- 0266N is an Hardener for casting PU elastomer non- yellowing
P- 0266N offers luxurious high gloss. With flexibility, when cured
At either ambient temperature or heating temperature. It offers good flexibility and
mechanical shock resistance making it useful for adhesion on various flat and curved surface.

Application
Processing : P/I =1:1 Mixing --> 30oC (Vacuum Condition) x 10min -->

protect form moisture and foreign material.
Effective storage period
One year in original container.

Description

CPX-160 are in liquid forms and exhibit the optimum handling viscosity. It has been found very successful in the decorative and protective coating industries. Especially apply on varnished paper, PVC, plastic and aluminum films.

PROCESSING
  1. To minimize wastage, calculate the quantity required prior mixing the two component.
  2. Carefully weight out the desired amount of resin and hardener based on the mixing ratio (by weight).
  3. Mix thoroughly, especially the mixture at the edge of container should be scrape and mixed uniformly.
