Precautionary measures
sufficient fresh air must be supplied to the working area, safety glasses and protective gloves should de worn when handing the components. Contact with skin must be avoided.
Splashes on the skin should be removed with soap and water. In the event of contact with eye, it should be immediately rinsed with abundant amounts of water. In any case . A doctor should be consulted.
Packing
A component (CPU-69-A) : 18kg in 5 gal blue drum
B component (CPU-69-B) : 20kg in 5 gal red drum
Storage
The components are sensitive to moisture. They must therefore be stored in tightly closed containers. Moisture absorption by the B component will cause the formation of insoluble aggregate such as skin development.
If the prescribed storage temperature of 20±4oC is adhered to the shelf is six months.

System Description

Two-component Polyurethane System for the Production of Elastomer for mould that has good physical property. This system doesn't contain MOCA, has low free TDI, which are suitable for traditional hand mixing operation.

A- component, Polyol-Component (CPU-66-A) :Mixture of PPG, stabilizers, catalysts.

B- component, lsocyanate component (CPU-66-B):TDI based Prepolymer

Processing

Preventing the air bubble from forming in the finished product, it's better that CPU-66-A / CPU-66-B would be taken vacuum treatment under pressure of 0-2 mmHg for 60minutes before mixing. A component and B component must be mixed enough, otherwise bad physical property would happen.
