5085-A / 5085-B is high pressure urethaneurea spraying elastomer. Excellent physical properties spraying elastomer. Excellent physical properties. Chemical resistance. Abrasion resistance.

5085-A : high reactivity polyethamine. Content extender
5085-B : methylene Diphenyklene Dissocyanate (MDI) base.

Characteristic
  • Fast reactivity and curing gel within 3 seconds after mixing and are cured to walked on within 20 seconds.
  • The curing of 5085-A / 5085-B is affected very little by dampness humidity
  • 100% solid content.
  • Excellent physical properties - Including tensile strength, elongation, and abrasion resistance.
  • Excellent chemical resistance.

  • Mixing ratio : 5085-A / 5085-B = 1/1 by volume
  • Temperature setting : A component (5085-A) : 65 ~ 70 oC

Storage
The components are sensitive to moisture. They must therefore be stored in tightly closed containers. Moisture absorption by the B component will cause the formation of insoluble aggregate such as skin development .
If the prescribed storage temperature of 25 oC is adhered to the shelf is six months.
