Additive
CPU-49-CA5 (accelerator for polyurethane rubber) is an additive designed to accelerate the demold time of CPU-49-C102F-A/B / CPU-49-C103A-A/B / CPU-49-C104AF-A/B / CPU-49-C105A-A/B / CPU-49-C106A-A/B polyurethane mold rubber series products without significantly affecting the ultimate physical properties. It also reduces the pot life and pour time for application.

Note that CPU-49-C108A-A/B / CPU-49-C109A-A/B has high reaction speed, short working and demold time. Accelerator CPU-49-CA5 is not needed.

The accelerator is added by weight to Part B and should be thoroughly mixed into Part B before adding Part A. After dispensing Part A and B into mixing container, mix thoroughly for at least 3 minutes.

Limitation
Liquid urethanes are moisture sensitive and will absorb atmospheric moisture. Component A is a milky-white liquid at room temperature(25°C), but it will become waxy-like under 18°C. Material should be stored in dry condition and the temperature above 23°C.
