Application

Injection molding TPU material is suitable for the following applications:

1.      Shoes Material: Shoe Soles, Shoes Decorations, Air Bag, Label, Oil Bag.

2.      Industrial Parts: Snow Boots, Buckle, Animal ID Tags, Mining Screens, O-ring.

3.      Wheel: Load Wheel, Skate Wheel, Trolley Wheel.

Characteristics

TPU material performs outstanding flexibility, good abrasion resistance and wear resistance. Polyester based TPU material even has better oil resistance, and polyether based grade has better hydrolysis and low temperature resistance.
