Application

Printing coating agents, adhesive tackifier, printing ink, paint, synthetic leather and PVC leather to enhance the 

adhesive viscosity.

Introduction

Though chloroprene rubber has an excellent weathering, oil and chemical resistance, it is necessary, in practice, to make use of a modifying agent to improve the properties of chloroprene rubber adhesive, such as tackiness retention time, phasing stability, heat resistance and adhesion strength. "APU-20-52G" is excellently compatible with chloroprene rubber and an indispensable modifying agent for chloroprene rubber for manufacturing adhesive to meet specific purposes.

Procedure

Mix ingredients of Part 1 together on milling roll then dissolve in mixed solvent (Part 3). Stir Part 2 in a vessel for 5 hours, then add it the mixture of Part 1 and Part 3. Keep agitation further 5 hours to give adhesive of 25% solids.
