Application

Printing coating agents, adhesive tackifier, printing ink, paint, synthetic leather and PVC leather to enhance the adhesive viscosity.

Introduction

APU-20-80DL is a light colored terpene phenolic resin which is characterized by its high softening point and useful for Chloroprene adhesive and hot melt adhesive as an efficient tackifier resin.

APU-20-80DL is useful especially for a grafted polychloroprene adhesive which is mainly used for bonding PVC leather, since it is possibly reactive to cross-linking agent.

APU-20-80DL has a narrow molecular weight distribution and some polar group, therefore, it is widely compatible with various kinds of elastomers and resins, and soluble in various kinds of solvents, notwithstanding polar group or non-polar group.
